We propose building a uniform for infantry communication specialists, which is an antenna. The sleeves will have elongated zippers. One sleeve will have a zipper which when open will expose a nickel silver antenna, which will go from the elbow to the wrist. The other arm will have an antenna when exposed which goes from the shoulder to the wrist. The longer antenna will have a wire tube, which can be connected to the midpoint of the other forearm antenna.
This wire tube will when extended point past the forearm antenna to complete a directional antenna. The antennas when stored will have dense lead like covers around the zipper to protect them from EA (electronic attack) or detection.
The Soldier will place one arm straight up and unfold the system to the other arm, which will be bent upward at the elbow. The arm pointed straight up will have a base connection, which can touch the jawbone.
We will use technology now available in the Cell Phone Telecom Industry, which allows for non-verbal communication via the vocal cords vibrations and use the inner ear for direct transfer, with a micro recording device on the Shoulder of the soldier. It is theorized that this can be used for human sonar, hyperwave generation, microwave defense, communication, rescue, emergency or as a warning device.
For military it could be used within the battlespace for offensive or defensive operations.

Cabinet has upheld a CRTC decision to issue two satellite radio licences after the applicants agreed to increase Canadian content and French-language service.
The applicants are Sirius Canada and Canadian Satellite Radio, each of which has a U.S. partner. Details of the new Canadian content commitments were not immediately available but the number of French-language channels will be increased to four from three. As part of the agreement, CSR and Sirius have been forces to increase the French-language influence and broadcasting. Both promise to include 8 Canadian channels, which are half English and half French.
Several cultural organizations such as the Canadian Recording Industry opposed the original terms of the licenses. Reasons include that they have weakened domestic content rules. These rules require Canadian music and talk programming to be prominent on the airwaves. “This is a black day,” said Ian Morrison, a spokesman for Friends of Canadian Broadcasting. “In effect, the Americans have won.” The new licenses call for eight new Canadian channels and 72 American channels.
While some people are complaining, independent and emerging artists favored the satellite licenses. They believe that the new services will provide them with exposure in the United States and abroad. Satellite radio, while initially intended mainly for car radios, has made several new improvements for portable and home satellite radio. Automakers, whom have factory ready satellite receivers in new 2006 models supported the applications. Just as in America, subscrition to the new radio services can be purchased and heard anywhere in North America.

Factory-installed and dealer-installed options: Both Satellite radio companies encourage automobile manufacturers to ‘factory fit’ Satellite radio systems, this increases the chance that auto buyers will become subscribers.
New vehicles boasting a Satellite radio option come off a manufacturer’s assembly line with either a partly or fully equipped Satellite radio system. In most cases, a new vehicle will arrive at a dealership with a factory-fitted in-dash “Satellite Ready” radio. The dealer will then quote a price to supply and install the remaining equipment necessary, usually the Satellite tuner and antenna.
Without doubt the option of factory or dealer-installed Satellite radio in your vehicle has its benefits; a clean installation with no visible hardware, plus the best sound quality available being the most obvious. The price quoted at dealerships varies depending on the type of equipment, but expect to pay between $300 to $800. The good news is that you don’t have to go with a dealer-installed tuner and antenna; you can purchase aftermarket gear and install it yourself for great results and big savings.
Subscription costs: Although there are many vehicles now available with Satellite radio as a manufacturer-supported option, this typically does not include the cost of the subscription to the service, only the cost of the equipment. However, the majority of automobile manufacturers and dealerships are offering incentives, normally a three-month trial subscription to the service with no activation fee.
Can I choose which Satellite radio service? Unfortunately, exclusive deals made between automobile manufacturers and Satellite radio service providers, mean that few dealerships are able to offer a choice of Satellite radio services (see chart below).
Which vehicles offer a Satellite radio option? The chart below shows which Satellite radio services each automobile manufacturer is offering. It’s worth remembering that not all the models in a manufacturer’s vehicle range offer Satellite radio as an option.
Before long I think we will see Satellite radio become a standard feature in all new vehicles across the nation, with a buyer only having to decide on a payment plan and activation fee. Furthermore, buyers will have the choice of either service.
